Inconel 625 bar

Inconel 625

1. It has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments

2. Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and no chloride ion stress corrosion cracking

3. Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and mixed acids of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid

4. Excellent resistance to corrosion from various inorganic acid mixed solutions

When the temperature reaches 40 ℃, it can exhibit good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solutions

6. Good processability and weldability, no sensitivity to post weld cracking

7. Manufacturing certification of pressure vessels with wall temperatures between -196 to 450 ℃

8. Certified by the American Society of Corrosion Engineers (MR-01-75) to meet the highest standard level VII for use in acidic gas environments.

Application:

The low-carbon alloy 625 after softening and annealing is widely used in the chemical process industry, and its good corrosion resistance and high strength make it a thinner structural component. 625 alloy can be applied in situations where it comes into contact with seawater and withstands high mechanical stress. Typical application areas:

1. Components of organic chemical processes containing chlorides, especially when using acidic chloride catalysts

2. Cooking and bleaching tanks used in the pulp and paper industry

3. Absorption tower, reheater, flue gas inlet baffle, fan (wet), agitator, guide plate, and flue in flue gas desulfurization system

4. Equipment and components used for manufacturing applications in acidic gas environments

5. Acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator

6. Sulfuric acid condenser
